I am Gustavo Zamora. This is why the Imperium exists.

In 2020, I started a social media agency, NeuEra Media.
I worked with local businesses, in many different industries.
I kept seeing the same thing.

Good creative talent was hard to attract.
The talent was out there. Something else was wrong.
The needs of creators were not being met.

Think about who stands behind every campaign.
A producer. A director. An editor. A photographer. A videographer. A graphic designer.
Each one shapes what a business shows the world.
Each one is a craft.
Too often, they were treated as a cost, not as the people who make the work.

That became my belief.
Every position matters. Each must be treated as such.
If a business wants work it can be proud of, the people who make it must be respected.
If a creator is to give their best, they need a place built for them.

So I built that place. I named it the Imperium.

For creators, it is a house with more control over their own production.
For businesses, it is a house of vetted creators they can trust, at many levels of expertise.
So we can help businesses at every level.

I built it for both, because they need each other.
