You are paid on time.

We pay you within 7 days of the brand’s final payment.

You pay one fee.

The only fee a creator pays is 7 percent. There are no other charges.

The work is funded first.

The brand pays a deposit before work begins.

IV

Every client is known.

Our clients are known to the Founder.

The Roster is closed.

Every creator is reviewed. Every creator is ranked. The Roster is never open to the public.

Your rates stay yours.

We never share your rates with a client without your consent.

Your privacy is kept.

We do not publish a creator’s name without permission. We do not publish a client’s name, address or pay.
