Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to match creators with briefs, and we never sell your personal information.

Part One

For Everyone

Only what is needed. Handled with care.

Who We Are

Creative Imperium Agency, LLC (“the Imperium,” “we,” or “us”) is a private commissioning house based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, apply to the Roster, or work with us.

What We Collect from Everyone

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, messages you send us, and information you choose to share. When you use our website, we may also receive basic website activity and device details, such as pages viewed, browser type, and general connection information.

How Information Reaches Us

You may give information through forms, email, or text messages. Our website may collect basic activity and device details through cookies and similar tools. We may also receive information from a person who refers you or provides a reference.

How We Use It

We use information to review applications, assess fit, rank and match creators, arrange and run commissions, make payments, communicate with you, keep the Roster safe, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and improve our service.

What Each Side Sees

For a possible match, brands and agencies may see a creator’s profile, portfolio, and rates relevant to the commission. A matched creator may see the brief details needed to decide on and deliver the work. We do not share full contact details between the parties before a match is confirmed.

Who Else May Receive Information

We may share information with service providers who help us with payments, email, texts, hosting, and analytics. They act for us and may use the information only to provide their services. We may also share it with our professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires, or with a buyer if the business is sold.

We do not sell personal information.

Email and Text Messages

We may email or text you about applications, invitations, commissions, and payments. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of joining the Roster or working with the Imperium. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and Website Activity

We use basic analytics and form tracking to understand website use and help forms work. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may not work as intended if you block them.

Part Two

For Creators

Your craft, your profile, your choice.

Information from Creators

When you apply or join the Roster, we may collect your location, portfolio links, statement about your work, gear and equipment tier, and specializations. Your profile may also include your legal name, preferred name, rates, service area, availability, travel preferences, insurance status, drone license status, and references.

To arrange work and payment, we may collect your emergency contact, payout method details, tax information where required, and a record of the terms you accepted, including the date and version.

References and Emergency Contacts

Before you share a reference’s or emergency contact’s information, confirm that you have permission to give it to us. We use it only for the purpose it was provided, including checking a reference or handling an urgent situation.

Using Creator Information

We use your application and profile information to assess your fit, maintain the Roster, make suitable introductions, arrange commissions, and pay you. We show a brand or agency only the profile details relevant to a potential commission, as described above.

Part Three

For Brands & Agencies

A clear brief. A considered match.

Information from Brands and Agencies

We may collect your company name, business contact details, and messages. A brief may include scope, budget, timeline, work location, and restrictions. We may also collect payment and billing details needed to quote, arrange, and complete a commission.

Using Brief and Client Information

We use brief details to understand the work, identify suitable creators, coordinate the commission, handle billing, and communicate with you. We share with a matched creator the brief information needed to assess and deliver the work.

Part Four

The Final Terms

Your information remains yours.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information; opt out of messages; or withdraw permission where our use depends on it. Reply to any email from the Imperium. We aim to respond within 30 days. Additional rights may apply under the law of your state.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information while your access is active and as needed for payments, taxes, and disputes. Our working default is to keep financial records for up to seven years, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires a longer period.

How We Protect It

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and limited access to help protect information. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Age and Location

The Imperium is for people aged 18 or older. We are based in the United States, and information we handle may be processed there.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will show the new version and its updated date on this page.
